Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 July 2026
This privacy policy explains how REVENZO — a sole proprietorship of Subhadeep Choudhuri (“Revenzo,” “we,” “us”) handles personal data in connection with the Revenzo service (the “Service”). Revenzo is a business-to-business service that helps our customers answer, qualify, follow up with and book their own sales leads over messaging and voice channels.
We take a deliberately simple position: the personal data that flows through the Service belongs to our business customers and their leads — not to us. We process it on our customers’ instructions to run the Service, and for nothing else.
Our role: processor, not owner
For personal data about a customer’s leads and end users (for example, a person who enquires about a property or a course), our business customer is the entity that decides why and how that data is used. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) that customer is the Data Fiduciary, and Revenzo acts as a Data Processor handling the data on their behalf.
For personal data about our direct customers themselves (the business contact who signs up, is billed and is supported), we act as the Data Fiduciary.
What data we process
On behalf of our customers (lead data)
- Lead names and phone numbers.
- The content of chat and voice conversations, including transcripts and recordings of AI calls.
- Qualification answers, intent scores, meeting and booking details.
- Payment status for links raised on the customer’s own payment gateway. We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials.
About our direct customers
- Business contact name, email address and phone number.
- Billing and subscription records.
- Support correspondence.
How we use the data
We use lead data only to provide the Service on the customer’s instructions — replying to leads, qualifying and scoring them, booking meetings, sending reminders and follow-ups, placing AI voice calls, raising payment links on the customer’s gateway, and producing the customer’s own reports. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use one customer’s lead data to benefit another.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small number of reputable service providers to deliver the Service. These may include:
- WhatsApp Business Platform / Meta Platforms — to send and receive messages on the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Voice telephony providers for AI calls.
- Calendar and scheduling providers, where the customer connects one.
Payments are processed by the customer’s own payment gateway; Revenzo never takes custody of funds.
Where data is processed
Data is processed and stored on cloud infrastructure, with a preference for data centres located in India. Where a sub-processor operates from another country, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data continues to be protected to a comparable standard.
Retention
We retain lead data for as long as the customer’s account is active, and delete or return it within a reasonable period after the account ends or on the customer’s written instruction — in any case within 30 days of a valid deletion request, save for copies we are required by law to keep or that persist temporarily in routine backups.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, and number-safety guardrails that limit how and how often messages are sent. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the risk low and to notify affected parties of a significant breach as required by law.
Your rights
If you are a lead or end user, the business you contacted is responsible for your data; please raise requests to access, correct or delete your data with them, and they will instruct us. You may also write to us using the details below and we will route your request to the right customer or act on it where we are able.
If you are our direct customer, you can access, correct or delete your account data by contacting us.
DPDP Act 2023 readiness
We are aligning our practices with the DPDP Act, 2023 and the rules made under it as they come into force. This includes processing personal data only on a lawful basis and on documented instructions, supporting Data Principals’ rights, maintaining safeguards, and assisting our customers in meeting their own obligations as Data Fiduciaries.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required.
