Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Revenzo service (the “Service”), provided by REVENZO — a sole proprietorship of Subhadeep Choudhuri (“Revenzo,” “we,” “us”). The Service is offered to businesses only. By using it, the business you represent (“you,” the “Customer”) agrees to these terms, and you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The service

Revenzo helps you answer, qualify, follow up with and book your own sales leads across messaging and voice channels, and can raise payment links on your own payment gateway. Features may evolve over time. Some channels and capabilities are rolled out progressively.

Subscription and billing

• The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees, the billing cycle (for example, quarterly) and any pilot terms are as agreed with you in writing or on your order.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where these terms or a written pilot agreement expressly provide otherwise.
• Fees are exclusive of any taxes, levies or duties that may apply, which are your responsibility where applicable.
• You may cancel with effect from the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or end the Service for non-payment or breach of these terms.

We do not hold your money

Revenzo does not take custody of, hold, or route customer funds. Where the Service raises a payment link or takes an advance, the money moves through your own payment gateway and settles to your own account. We are not a payment processor and are not a party to the payment.

Acceptable use and consent

You are responsible for the leads and contacts you bring to the Service and for how the Service is used on your behalf. You agree that:

• You have a valid opt-in and the necessary consent from every lead you message, as required by the WhatsApp Business Policy, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable law.
• You will not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing or otherwise prohibited by the platforms we rely on.
• You will comply with all laws that apply to your business, your industry and your communications, including consumer-protection and data-protection laws.
• You will not use the Service to process sensitive categories of data except as necessary and lawful for your stated purpose.

Messaging platforms may suspend or restrict numbers that breach their policies. You are responsible for your own numbers and sender identities; we apply guardrails but cannot guarantee against platform action arising from your use.

Your data

Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy. In short, you remain the owner and controller of your lead data; we act as your processor. You can export your data and request deletion as described in our data deletion page.

Intellectual property

Revenzo and its underlying software, models and materials remain our property. You retain your own data and content. We may use aggregated, de-identified operational metrics to improve the Service, in a form that does not identify you or your leads.

Warranties and disclaimer

We work hard to make the Service reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. AI-generated replies and calls can occasionally be imperfect; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes and for decisions made on the basis of the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Term and termination

These terms apply for as long as you use the Service. Either party may terminate as described above or as otherwise agreed. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as set out in the privacy and data-deletion pages.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
